The default form of contact on one of my user PC does not seem right. The
Full Name button undeer the General tab went missing, where else the rest is
ok. When I viewed from the design form, it show as the default form, but when
i run the form, it goes back to the wrong one. I had the screen capture of my
problems. Is there a email address that I can email my screen captures, so
that you can take a look at the problem I'm facing.

Hi Oliver,

I had no problem opening my contact form. I was also able to create new
contact. The problem is the view of the form is different from the default
one. I had try un-installing the Outlook 2003 from the user PC, I had also
re-create the user login windows profile, and also had try with the
administrator account, but all these does not help to change the view to the
default contact view.

Hi Joyrider,
I had no problem opening my contact form.

I know, but maybe your old form is still stored in the "frmcache.dat", so
the new form dooes not appear.

It is a knowing bug of Outlook that a new form will not appear because the
old form is still "cached".

If you delete the "form cache" Outlook will create a new "cache" by himself.
You do not delete any forms, you only "refresh" the "cached" store.

Delete the frmcache.dat and see if this solve your problem. You would not
delete any forms if you delete this file.

There is no risk, if you delete this file.
