Outlook 2003 - company address from one contact to another

Hi,

I remmeber that there is a way that company address and conatcts should be filled to as many contacts (persons) that you have as soon as you fill company info.

For example if John is working for Dell at address: xxx

Then if another guy with the name James works for Dell, once I fill company name Dell it should fill his address and main phon number.

But in my MS Outlook 2003 is not working?

Any idea why? Is there any settings that I missed?

I don't know what do you mean by that "Are you using Save & New... Contact from company?"

But from my previous experience I know that once you put a new contact and you select the company- it fills the rest i.e. address and phone.

But in this one at my office is not working like that and I think it is a waste of time because it should fill automatically to save time not doing repetitive work.

I am working in MS Outlook 2003 and I guess that option is not available in MS outlook 2003.

Any other idea?

It is. Select a Contact and go to the Actions menu. Open a contact and look
on or near the Save button.
