We have 7 employees using Outlook 2003/Exchange Server 2003/SBS 2003.
Is there a way that our manager can get a snapshot of what's happening
today (calendar wise) for the company? Basically, He wants to see one
calendar with everybody's appointments on it.

Thanks!

Not easily with Outlook 2003, but if you had Outlook 2007, it would be very
easy.

In Outlook 2003, you'd have to copy the appointments to a new folder to view
them together.

1) Can I just upgrade the ONE user to Outlook 2007 (without hurting
anything)?
2) Should we just use one shared calender and have everybody put the
major stuff in there? Pros/cons?

1. yes.
2. yes. pros are it's one calendar - easy to print, view all events in one
calendar. cons: its one calendar, users need to remember to create events
in it.

1) Can the "stuff" in the Exchange Server shared folders (like a
calendar or contacts) make it to a user's PDA (along with his own
calendar)?
2) Is there server software that is required for sync'ing a user's PDA
(Palm Treo)?

With the correct sync software, like Chapura's PocketMirror, yes.

On the server side, I don't think so.
