outlook 2003 - changing the defauly mail message

.....this is probably an easy one, but i need to be able to copy someone on
EVERY email I send.

Therefore, I would like to be able to alter my default mail message such
that there is an address automatically in the cc: field on EVERY message.

Is this as easy as I hope it is?

There's a rule for that. Look in Rules and Alerts.
