How do I permanently change the default file storage locations of all the
various Outlook data files, such as Contacts, Calendar, Notes, etc? I think
I was able to change the default e-mail file storage locations, but I was
unable to change any of those other types of Outlook data storage locations.

I would like to have all the Outlook data stored on a different drive
partition than the C: drive.

I have just had to reinstall Office 2003, so right now there is no data in
any of the files.

Move the pst-file to the location of your choice when Outlook is closed and
then start Outlook again. It will nag for the new location.
