In Outlook 2003, when you open other calenders, the name
at the top always says Calendar and not the user's name.
Each calendar gets color coded, but it doesn't seem like
you can change the name of the calendars. Is there any
way to do this?

As far as I know you cannot rename the top level Calendar only the names of
Calendars you create.

If you open the calendars with the Open Other User's folder link, it should
show the person's name. However, if you have added these people's mailboxes
to your Exchange service, they won't; they'll show only "Calendar." I've
also seen it mess up the names so that even when you do use Open Other User,
each column lists only "Calendar." Sometimes starting Outlook with the
/resetnavpane switch helps. Sometimes it doesn't, but a new profile helps.

I have the same problem with one site. If you take off the mailbox
permission in AD then go back into outlook you can add them in and
they will appear in the other calendars section and have the name
displayed. Then you can add the permission back on again.

The only problem is that it reverted back again after a couple of log
ons, and with 30 mailboxes being viewed it's not practical to remove
permissions etc every time. There's got to be a more permenany
solution out there surely?

Next step is going to be logging a call with microsoft :(

If you open a support incident, post the incident number, so we can push it
from this side.
