One of my users, with Outlook 2003, schedules many meetings and zero appointments. She would like to be able to double-click in the calendar and have it open a Meeting Request rather than an Appointment. She claims that it happens on a co-worker's computer, though I have not seen it.
Is it possible to change this? If so, how?
