When one of the managers sets up a meeting in his Calendar and the other users that are invited accept the meeting, the times are not getting blocked. The time only shows up as "Information not available" and it's all greyed out. Half of the contacts will show up as blocked and the othe half will not. I already checked the Exchange server settings and everyone is receiving the same settings as well as has the same settings within their outlook version. Any Ides?

Scott,

It sounds like the free/busy data for the users (the ones whose "information
is not available") is missing from the public free/busy folder. So, do you
have more than one Exchange server in your organization? If so, are these
"broken" users on a different server from your server?

To see if you can fix the problem, have one of these "broken" users launch
Outlook on their machine using the following command line:

Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

Thanks,
