Hello,
I have a user using Outlook 2003 on XP.
Here are the details:
the attachment she sends is always named the same thing (has to be) although the contents are different.
We drag and drop the file into a new message or select it through "insert file", it attaches but then we go to open the file from the new message before we send it (to make sure it's the right one, remember, same file name, different contents), and it's completely different contents! And that file is said to be in "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files".
Ok I delete the contents of the "Temporary Internet Files" folder, try again, same things. Close Outlook, open it again, do everything over, same thing.
Reboot whole PC, retry process, same thing.
Why isn't it just taking the file we asked it to take ????
Thanks.
