Outlook 2003 Cached Mode and Messages stuck in Outbox issues.

Hi,

We are a large company running Exchange 2003. We have many clients at one of
our remote sites having issues with sending mail with Cached Mode enabled. I
see similar issues posted but no resolution.

The clients are connected to Exchange 2003. Messages get stuck in the
Outbox. Interesting thing is that they get stuck in the Cached Mode copy (OST
file). If I disable Cached Mode, open the same profile again it works fine.
The seven or eight messages are gone from the Outbox as they are only
contained in the OST file. Sending works fine without Cached Mode enabled.
This is a really huge problem in an environment as large as ours.

One other note is that some PC's have 5 or 6 user profiles each with their
own install of Office 2003. When the Cached Mode issue appears for one user,
it appears for all users who login to that particular PC. Repair of office
seems to fix the issue but it reappears a a few days. Suggestions please!!!!
 
I have exactly the same problem - but only with one out of 100 PCs.

Nope......nobody responded yet. We have the same. Only a few PC's report this
issue. Anyone from MS have any ideas?
