Using Outlook 2003 how do I get a button on the tool bar allowing me to
select a signature?

I have a couple signatures, I would like be able to select the one I want
when sending a message to particular people. Can I add a button to the tool
bar? Currently If I have a blank message open I have to go to options select
signature, select and add the one I want, close the message, then open a new
one again. When finished I have to do in reverse just to get rid of the
signature.

On another machine I have Outlook 2007 there I have a button I can select
which signature I wish to use it is easy.

Thanks

Right click on the default signature. Choose.

When I have a new message open and then I right click ans choose two things
happen:
1. I have to close the message and open another
2. The signature stays I only want to ues it once.

I just want to select a signature for one message

You can select the signature via Insert->Signature. Via right-click on the
toolbar, Customize, you could even drag the Signature button directly on to
the toolbar.

Then my suggestion doesn't work. Instead follow M's suggestion: Place the
cursor within the auto-inserted signature, right-click, and choose another
signature.

Michael, Thanks
I tried and as you said it did not work. "M's" do not do exactly what I
wanted, which is to act like Outlook 2007

Thanks
