outlook 2003 business contact manager import issue

when importing data into business contact manager how do you map custom fields that dont exist?"
 
You can't map fields that don't exist.

I assume What you mean the the custom fields do not show up on the
export display . There is no clean way to solve this problem but there
is a work around . Start with your phone list view , and dad as many
fields as you want at the top . Then , select all and paste into XL .
Export from there .
