I have a strange bug in Outlook 2003 - Contacts. When I type in a name in
the "Look for: " box, the program will correctly locate the name(s) that
match my search, however the full address card is not displayed....instead I
see a subset of the address card. What is even stranger, is that the amount
of information displayed in the address card(s) displayed based upon my
search can change from one moment to the next!

This is NOT a problem with my "Current View" setting. I've tried using the
stanard "Address cards" and "Detailed Address cards".

Try it....
1. Go to your contacts.

2. Change the view setting to either "address cards" or "detailed address
cards"

3. Enter a name or partial name in the "Look for:" box and click the "Find
Now" button.

4. Does the entire address card(s) display or entire detailed address
card(s) display?(depnding upon your setting in step 1)

5. Try a few different names....each time I search for a name...the program
randomly displays (A) name(s) only or (B) some subset of information from the
address card or (C) the full address card.

This drives my crazy...I look for a name to get a phone number...I get a
partial address card and then I've got to fuss with the display settings to
see the phone number.

I've fully patched office.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Can't repro.
Never seen it reported.
Has it ever worked for you the way it does for the rest of us?
