Hi!

I'm using the Outlook 2003 Beta 2 to connect to Exchange Server 2000. I'm
having problems with server-side rules that handle my newsletters and spam.
Suddenly a server-side rule just stops working, without any alterations from
my side. I got the spam rule to work by recreating it, but my newsletter
rule is a bit more complex so I do not want to recreate it if I don't have
to.

Does anyone have any tips on this, I've searched the net without success.

TIA

Jonas

This is the rule:

"Apply this rule after the message arrives with
'(e-mail address removed)' or '(e-mail address removed)' ....
move it to the Newsletters folder"

It work until last friday. If I use the "Run Rules Now" command it works,
but it just don't get run automatically by the Exchange Server.

Outlook 2003 is the only client used for this mailbox.

is the mailbox accessed with any other versions of Outlook? That will mess
up a number of rules.

I would still go for recreating the Wizard Rule.

Just a tip; create a distributionlist and place all addresses on which the
rule should apply in it. When you add the distributionlist to the rule it
will automatically expand (as it is a personal distributionlist). Saves you
from selecting all the addresses.
