Outlook 2003 BCM Crashes

BCM consistently crashes whenever I try to move a contact from the
standard contact list into BCM. (Actually it worked on 5 or 6 contacts
but now crashes every time). Have uninstalled and re-installed but
still no luck

Ideas?
