Outlook 2003 - Backup Add-In only shows for the UserID installed u

I rececntly installed the Backup add-in for Outlook 2003, and the menu option
for "File | Backup" only appears for the user account that I installed it
from. Is there a way to have it show in all user account Outlook menus on
this PC (Win XP Pro)?

From each user account, start Outlook and click Tools>Options>Other>Advanced
Options>COM Add-Ins>Add. Browse to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\AddIns\outbak.dll and click OK.
NB: the "Office10" may be "Office11" instead, which is Outlook 2003's
default path. Although I use OL 2003, the "Office10" path is where my copy
of the DLL resides.
