Outlook 2003 Back up PST

Hi

My Outlook 2003 has an extra apllication for making back up copy's of my pst files automatically. It was downloaded from the microsoft online portal. The only problem is that it is only available in the outlook which is for my user account (admin
All other users (except guests) should als be able to get this. If i og on to a different user and try to install it says it is already installed, but i don't see it in the menu structure. Anybody an idea how to solv

Txs for your helpfull notes. Option 1 didnt apply so i will now go 4 the add to admin user solution.
