When I type in the first letter of an e-mail address, I get some but not all of the addresses that begin with that letter. The help site says that Outlook brings up the most recently used addresses, or some other decision model. Can anyone shed any light on the the prioritization scheme, and is there any way to defeat it so that all relevant addresses are listed?
And to make sure that I'm describing the problem correctly, let me give an example. I've got two names in my e-mail, one beginning with "Neal" and the other beginning with "Neil." When I just type in "N", only the "Neal" comes up in the auto complete list (along with a few other N's), but "Neil" does not. When I've typed "Nei" the "Neal" goes away (as it should) but I still don't get the "Neil" as a suggestion. I don't understand why I wouldn't want that name to come up, even if I haven't sent to the address in a very long time or ever.
