Outlook 2003 AutoArchive

Hello, does anyone know how to fix this issue?
I used to have 0ffice 2000. I created a folder (C:\clean)
where the "deleted items" in Oulook would be autoArchive
after 1 day. Then using a third party software, a program
would clean this folder automatically using the secure
clean.
Now I switch to Office 2003, configured AutoArchive to
run after 1 day. This does not work. E-mails are still
there. Does not matter if I created the same folder and
have the third party software safely cleaning what's
inside, or just have the AutoArchive permanently delete
the old items.
I use the default configuration for all the folders (run
every14 days), then configured the Delete Items and the
JunkMail folders to AutoArchive every day.

Check the Modified date on the items that aren't being archived as you think
they should. That's the date Outlook uses to determine whether or not an
item is ready to be AutoArchived, and a simple action such as moving the
item to another folder can change the Modified date. More information and a
