We are using Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003 and Windows XP Pro. I have the
Auto Accept Meetings set up on the users machine according to the Help File
in Outlook, yet the meetings we send to one another are not being auto
processed. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
George

George,

I am currently working with MS about the same issue. However, it only
a problem for one user. Other users auto accept is working fine. Did
you give the users who are making the meeting request 'editor'
privileges to the users calendars? If the person making the meeting
does not have permission to modify the other users calendar, it will
not work.

Hope that helps. I will post my MS results when it is resolved.

I've got a user with a similar problem. The user's desktop is Windows 2000
pro SP4 and Outlook 2003 Sp1. User gets an error about recurring
appointments on the resource (no, the checkbox to decline recurring requests
ISN'T checked). Other users with XP book the same resource with the same
settings just fine.

Any chance your user is running Windows 2000 Pro?

No W2KPro. The user is running WinXP SP2 and Outlook 2003. Also using
BlackBerry service. I finished exporting all the mail from the user,
deleting the mailbox (not the user), create a new mailbox and importing
all the mail back in. MS stated to me that the mailbox was corrupt. I
will test this morning.

Could your user's profile have issues? Have you tried logging in to a
different W2K box with the same user and then do your meeting request?

Thanks for following up Steve. I'll have to do some more testing but my
problem seemed to be any user on w2kp resourcing the same resource. Same
user on XP had no problem.
