On one of our sites we have Exchange server 2003 and Outlook 2003 clients,
Since a couple of days ago, a few users have complained that when they start
up outlook, it defaults to work offline, when you turn work offline off, it
asks for their network password, when you type this in correctly it just pops
back up again, still working offline, this has happened to about 10 users now
on one site. We did a windows update on one and it worked fine after that,
but since it has gone again. It is not a password problem as i have reset
them and tried it that way. All of their other access on the network is
absolutely fine, does anybody have any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated.
