Outlook 2003 as NG reader

Outlook does not support news, you need to use OE or another newsreader.
Newsgator, an RSS aggregator, can pull in news but you can't post.

If I cannot use OE is there any read/write news client?

at this time there are no plugins that I'm aware of for outlook that have
posting capability.
