Outlook Outlook 2003 Arrange By - Problem

Good day, when I use Arrange By, Group and To under my Sent Items in Outlook 2003, I get the following : Outlook will group create a few groups for the same contact person. eg: (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) or name surname. Is there any way I can force outlook to always use name surname.
