Outlook 2003 and Terminal Server

I have a couple terminal servers that use Outlook to send out files. What I
want to do is put a disclaimer and a "do not reply" message on every
outgoing email from this server. I thought about using signatures but I
cant figure out how to setup a 100 terminal server users outlook settings to
use one signature file. If I could find how to enable signatures in the
registry that would solve my problem. Does anyone any ideas on how to
accomplish this or point me into a new direction? Thanks.
