what sync software? AFAIK, the palm software works fine with it... I know
active sync does for the pocket pc's.

Does this combo synch OK? I'd like to know before I upgrade Outlook.

I call that Intellistink - try PocketMirror instead. If you have a Sony
you'll have to purchase it ($40 for standard, $50 for professional), but it
is worth it. The current version of PocketMirror - 3.1.5 - does sync with
the T3 & TE, but they do not currently have a conduit for the extra fields
(they're working on it, but no release date). If you do get PocketMirror
make sure you disable the Palm Outlook conduits. I don't have a T3, but
I've seen on other lists that this needs to be done.

Hope this helps,

Mike Lax
