Outlook 2003 and Post-IT notes

I have just setup a folder within Outlook to receive emails from a group
email address. The first part of this is working as it should and the emails
are going to the folder. The part that is not is that instead of the emails
being displayed as emails that are being displayed as Notes.
Now that in it's self is not a total loss bacause we and still read and
reply to them, but we can not flag the messages for attention of any one
person.
what have I done wrong in the setup of this folder to made all emails show
up as Notes.
Please help.

Sounds like you specified incorrect attributes for the folder you created,
telling it to contain Note items and not Mail and Post items.
