Outlook 2003 and License Agreement Popup

I installed Outlook 2003 on all pcs in my office as a part
of an Exchange 2003 rollout but on three laptops which are
running win XP Pro and office XP Pro, every time they open
an office application they are prompted to accept the
EULA. If they close and reopen the same program, they are
prompted again. Other than that, the program operates
normally.

Please help - the users are getting upset.

Log on as an Administrator on the machine. Accept the EULA. Then the user
should be able to log on as themselves again and it should be gone.
