Outlook 2003 and Home and Student 2007 configuration message

Why does the message -Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office
Home and Student 2007- come up before each and every mail comes into my
Inbox? Windows Vista Home Premium, Outlook 2003 (installed from my Students
and Teachers 2003 cd, Office Home and Student 2007.
 
In which order did you install it? You should first install Outlook 2003 and
then Office 2007.
Running a repair on Outlook might do the trick for you.
 
I ran the repair from the Outlook 2003 and it worked!

FYI The Office 2007 was pre-installed on my new laptop after which I
installed Outlook 2003.
