Outlook 2003 and Exchange

Dear Folks,

Trying to install Outlook 2003. We use MS Exchange as a
server.

I haven't been able to open Outlook 2003 after
installation.

First I get an error message, unable to connect to
server, after repeated retrys, if I try work offline, the
program starts to load and then

I get an error message cannot start, unable to open
Outlook window, the set of folders cannot be opened.
 
Check to see if the following keys are present. If not, add them.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\ClientProtocols]
