outlook 2003 address book

I have many contacts in outlook but none are in the address book. HOw do I
put all all of my contact in the outlook address book so i can use the
contact when addressing a email?
 
You shouldn't have to 'put them in the address book', they should be there
already if your contact folder(s) are marked as address books. Right click
on the Contacts folder, choose Properties and go to the Outlook Address Book
tab and check the "Show this folder as an email address book" box.
