Outlook 2003 Address book

Addresses in address book appear in alpha order, first name first. Contact
list reflects them properly--Last name first. How do I get address book to
reflect entries last name first?

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select the Outlook Address Book and click Change. Pick what
you want at the bottom.
