Outlook 2003 Address Book on Vista

i copy my outlook .pst file from my XP Outlook 2000 to my Vista Outlook 2003
machine. when i use the To button on a new email there are no entries in the
address book. i do have entries in the windows contacts. how do i get those
entries into my Outlook Address Book
 
It didn't work for me!

Did you close and restart Outlook as the article explained???
