Outlook 2003 adding new email

What am I doing wrong I am using jeah.net as the incoming and the outgoing
is Gmail .

I am using the directions for adding new accounts to a T.

I cannot get Outlook to get the jeah email.

PS I am not a tech person - just a normal person - but I can read - so I am
sure it is some small detail or "tech thing" I have overlooked.

You _think_ you're following them to a "T", but we can't tell because you
haven't posted what settings you've chosen for the account. Do that now,
posting what's in every field on every tab of the account properties (except
for passwords and real mail addresses, of course - post the correct domains,
but substitute nonsense usernames and mailbox names, like
"(e-mail address removed)").
