Outlook 2003 Addin load behavor value for registry key

I am using Office 2003 Professional with a Vista Ultimate system. While
trying to solve a problem I was having with Outlook 2003 I inadvertently set
the loadbehavior value of the following addin key to 0.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\BtOfficeAddin.BtOfficeIntegration.1

I understood this would disable this addin. I have two queries.
What is this add-in? In other words, why would I want it or how would it be
useful?
And, what is the correct loadbehavior value if I want to re-enable it?
Yes, I know, make a record of all changes. It was very late!
Any help would be appreciated.

What add-ons are listed when you look inside of Outlook's options? In
OL2002, Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced and then COM add-ins or
plug-ins show the list of those add-ons. Note that it is possible an
add-on does not show up in these lists. Your menu/option navigation may
differ in OL2003.

If you want to have the addin loaded at startup, set the
LoadBehaviour=3.
