Does anyone know of a way to remove these messages when trying to route or
our 3rd party program trying to forward email? Our users are not happy with
this and want me to find a way around this. Please any help would be great.

Here is the messages.

1) This message appears after the send button is pressed.
"A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should chose NO

Allow access for " "

2) I check box for allowing access for 1 minute (shortest option) and click
on yes to send. The warning below appears. I would have expected that the
message would disappear and the e-mail sent but neither occurs.

"A program is trying to automatically send email on your behalf
Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should chose NO

3) I click on yes to resend. The same message above appears but the
difference is now the message has been sent. I now click on “No†to exit this
cycle, as I know the message was sent.

Hello Diane. The article does not state that it will work with Outlook 2003.
Will this work in Outlook 2003?

Thanks
