Outlook 2002debug error

I just installed Office from my OEM disks. Everything in Office works fine
except Outlook. First it says, "Unable to open your default folders. Could
not open item. Try again." I click on "Try Again," "Would you like to open
your default file system folder instead?" Tthen I get "Debug error Program
C:\PROGRAM~1\MICROS~3\OFFICE10\OUTLOOK.EXE abnormal program termination -
press enter to debug application. The blue subject bar on the window says
Microsoft Visual C ++ Debug Library. When I press retryr, the application
terminates. I've tried to debug. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Office.
Same, same. Anybody got a clue?
