I have myself and a few other users that I have found that
are unable to move emails to a .PST file on the c:\
The error is: some items could not be moved. They were
either already moved or deleted or access was denied.

This started to occur a few weeks ago. We all have access
to our files. If we try enough times it will move.
These users are on Windows XP Pro or Windows 2000 Pro.
We are able to move the emails to another folder on the
server.

How big is the .PST file you're trying to move items to, and how many items
are already in the destination folder(s) ?

My pst file is 500 meg. I have checked the others are none
are over 1.5 gb. I have 217 items in the folder I am
looking to move to.

Try running the Inbox Repair Tool on all the .PST files in question. Search
your drive for a file called scanpst.exe and run it.
