Outlook 2002

Problem, just started. When I open "new" outlook message
form, I get the following message:

"The form requires Word as your E-mail Editor but Word is
either busy or cannot be found. The form will open in
the Outlook editor instead."

I can change the options back to Word as my E-mail
editor, but when I open "new" same problem.

Do I need to reinstall Word and Outlook?
