What exactly do you mean? What are you trying to achieve?

Thank you for your reply. I took an Outlook pretest in Mous. One of the
two questions I could not answer was, "Display a record of use of Microsoft
and other computer applications." I had no idea how to answer this question
while using Outlook.

I have to say it does sound very ambiguous. The only thing I can think of is
that it's referring to the Journal....

How do I display a record of use of Microsoft and other computer

First, there is no such application as "Microsoft", so there's no way to
record the use of it. Second, perhaps the authors are referring to the
event log or the system monitor. In either case, it's not an Outlook
question.
