Outlook 2002 - you cannot create entries for this address book????

I am trying to add a distribution list to a global address
list and it is saying 'You cannot create entries for this
Address Book'. Is that something my computer expert has
to fix in the server. I wanted to also export a
distribution from my own address list to the Global
Address List so everyone in my office can use it.

Your Exchange administrator will have to allow you to do that.
