I'm using Outlook 2002 on a Terminal Server 2000 SP4.
Different Terminal Server users should have access to
one .psd file and the same email accounts simultaneous.

I have placed the .psd file in a directory with access
for all users. When more then one User open Outlook at the
same time Outlook fails to open the .psd file once more.

Is there any resolution for my problem? If procurable
without installing an Exchange.

Hello Stefan,

we could also communicate in german language, i think :-)), .de domain)?

As Standard it is not possible to share a PST file with several users in the
same time.

For Terminalserver (also for all other windows up to 98SE systems) you can
share PST files with the Third Party Tool "Public Outlook" (POL). You have
to install POL as a service on the Terminalserver, than you can share your
PST files.

An FAQ how to install as service is on our german website.

Other solutions for Outlook sharing are on:

Hallo Oliver,

danke für den Tipp. Ich werde es jetzt mal mit einem von
den Tools probieren. Denn für unsere internen Zwecke extra
einen Exchange Server hochzuziehen scheint mir sehr
übertrieben.
