I purchased Outlook 2002 to upgrade from Outlook 2000. The
listing of requirements and recommendations on the book
list "Collaboration features compatible with Office 97 or
later." After I installed Outlook (which was difficult)I
tried to do a mail merge and I get a message like; To
complete this function your version of Word must match
your version of Outlook. Is this true? If so I would not
have upgraded my Outlook. I don't want to upgrade my
Office application. In the options listing the "use Word
as your email editor" is grayed out so I can't check it. I
am running Windows 98SE. Can anyone help me get Outlook to
run with Word 97?
