I have a computer that was just set up to run
outlook...the setting for pop3/smtp match my setup at
home (which works fine). But I cannot get the work
computer to send. It will receive, but when I send, it
tells me that the e-amil address needs to be checked.
Any ideas???

You need to provide the exact error message, not a vague description of
it. However, if anyone's e-mail address is specified in the error
message, munge it before posting it here so they don't end up getting
slammed with spam from spambots roaming the newsgroups to harvest e-mail
addresses. But be sure to leave and spaces other other punctuation as
it is.

Also, right-click on the e-mail address in the To, Cc, or Bcc field and
look at its Properties. My guess is that the syntax is invalid, like
maybe a leading or trailing space character, or the "e-mail address" is
really a fax number you included in the record for that recipient.
