Greetings,
I own Office 2000, which included Outlook 2000 as part of
the installation. I also recently purchased a PocketPC.
Included with the PocketPC was a CD that contained a more
recent version of Outlook (2002). The CD automatically
installed the newer version when I ran the installation
for the PocketPC PDA.
Here comes the problem... Now, when I try to do a mail
merge, Outlook says that I must buy a newer version of
Word. This can't be right, can it? I get a "free"
upgrade for Outlook when I buy their PDA operating
system, and at the same time I am forced to replace
another piece of software that I am more than happy with
right now?
