Outlook 2002 Upgrade 2003 xp prof

I have Microsoft XP Professional Outlook 2002, I have a new Microsoft Office
Professional 2003 CD, and when I install for new upgraded Microsoft Office
programs, it tells me that there is an older version of Outlook, and I must
remove the entire version of Outlook. If I say yes to this, will it remove
all my information, addresses, e-mail received and sent, or will it overwrite
the existing program with an updated version ( Mircosoft Outlook 2003 )??

I don't want to lose all my data from my Outlook 2002 version. What should I
do?

It will only replace the Outlook 2002 program files, all your information
will remain untouched. It's a simple enough operation to back all this data
up, too:

None of your data should be overwritten when you upgrade; however, it never
hurts to have a good backup to fall back on. Look here for all the
information you need on backup and restoration of Outlook data:
