Hello,

I have my outlook set to save messages to the server (my
ISP's mail server). When I reach my limit of the amount
of space i can use for email on their servers, It sends an
email out stating that you have exceeded your quota and
some messages need to be removed from the server before
you can continue to receive the email.

The problem is, I am NOT getting these emails. I have
talked to my ISP, and they tell me it is setup to go out
when you are nearing your limit. It never comes to me, so
I run out of space, and don't even know about it until
someone calls me and tells me they just got a bounced
email that they tried to send me. Is this a setting in
outlook I need to configure so that I get that specific
email? I dont seem to be having a problem receiving any
other emails. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

unless you have a rule that deletes messages, it should arrive in your
mailbox. My guess is the server is misconfigured and it's not arriving in
your mailbox.
Try http://www.geeba.org/magic/ - use it to view whets on your server when
you are nearing your limit. if you don't see the nearing limit message, it's
a server side problem. if it's on the server and not in outlook, it's an
outlook problem.
