Outlook 2002 PST Backup

I have installed the backup add in utility but the Backup
choice does not appear on the menu? I have uninstalled
and reinstalled with no luck. All mesages say the product
installed correctly. It also appears as a listing in the
software listing in the Control Panel. I am on Win 2000
using an exchange server but also have a pst file open
that I want backed up. Ideas?

Which backup add-in? If it's PFBACKUP.EXE, you'll find a "Backup..." item
on the File menu. If it's some other add-in, read the instructions for that
product.

Brian, that is my issue.... PFBACKUP.EXE is installed and
does not show on the File Menu. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled the backup util twice. Thoughts?
