Greetings,
I was running Office 2003 Beta 2 and began
experiencing problems. I determined to uninstall and run
a re-install of the product because all the written
documentation indicated beta 2 testing was available
until Nov. 30. However, when I tried a re-install, the
program stopped and gave the message that the trial
period had expired. So, I went back to reinstall my
Office XP Pro with Front Page. My problem lies with
Outlook 2002. The error message I receive
is: "C:\documents and settings\my name\local
settings\application data\Microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst
is missing" I cannot run Outlook; it will not allow me
to receive/send emails. What is your suggestion?
Thanks RAJ

If the file is there it is probably formatted as an Outlook 2003 Data File.
You'll need to install Outlook 2003 (also the Technical refresh if you had
it installed) again in order to connect to the file. Once connected you can
export it to an Outlook 07-2002 Data File.
