Hi all.

Here my version

OS: Windows XP SP2.
Office: 2002 SP3
Outlook: 2002

The problem that I have is very strange.

When I print a HTML mail in outlook 2002, on the paper, all first letter of
all word at the left side of the page is missing. It's like Outlook trunk the
first letter of every word beginning a line on a page ? If I make a preview,
everything is Ok. It's only when the document is printed on paper.

Outlook 2002 use Microsoft Word like mail editor. All other workstation are
configured like the computer where I have the problem and all the other
computer don't have the problem.

If I print some file in Word, everything is ok.

Somebody have an idea ?

Thanks...

Outlook uses Internet Explorer's print engine to render and print HTML
messages, try changing the margin adjustments in IE: 'File|Page Setup'. If
the left margin is already set to minimum, another tip I've picked up is to
go into IE and type "&b&b" (without the quotes) in the footer section of
page setup, which centers the message on the page. I've seen one other
report where the left margin was set too small and placed start of text
outside the print area allowed by the printer, so try increasing and
decreasing the setting. Finally, I've seen one IBM 1145 laser printer
exhibit that symptom when it had an incorrect print area setting selected in
it's system setup menu; going from "whole page" to "normal" solved the
problem.
