Outlook 2002 overload - what should I do?

One of my company's employees is an email POWER user. In
the last 4 months, she has built up a 250 MB pst, has
circa 2000 email in the inbox, needs access to a very
large archive pst, remotes in to her computer for email,
and likes to have 10+ emails open and on the go at any one
time. I think she is pushing the programmes limits as it
is unstable and performance is dropping.

I am trying to manage this but need a long-term solution.
I don't have a lot of other users, only 3 people need
remote access, and currently only have a peer to peer
network with email hosted by an ISP. I was thinking that
Exchange might solve my problems but am unsure on this, as
well as cost considerations for this and if I need to set-
up a network (and buy a server!)

Help appreciated - thanks!

Mike

Consider Small Business Server instead. It has Exchange technology as well.
It also offers you the possibility of Outlook Web Access so mail is
available everywhere.

-Setting Permissions on a Mailbox
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

thanks - I'll check that out. Does Excange have to run on a server. or can it function and be administered across a peer to peer netwrok from a Desktop?

It requires Windows Server
